This documentary was produced as a school project at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, in collaboration with Prof. Erdal Kara. It explores lithography as a tactile, physical, and expressive printmaking practice rooted in tradition and hands-on knowledge.
Through workshop processes and historical references to artists such as Francisco Goya and Pablo Picasso, the film highlights lithography’s unique relationship between artist, stone, and gesture, and its continued relevance in contemporary art education.
